Pick a billing period
Rivio costs $30 USD per month or $300 USD per year. Both options include the same Rivio features. The annual option is paid as one yearly charge and saves $60 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Rivio does not offer a free version. Creating an account does not activate a product license. AI subscriptions, audio-generation credits, and other provider charges are separate.
Download from your account
Sign in and open Account → Downloads. Rivio verifies your account and active subscription before serving either package. An account alone does not grant download access.
Choose the VS Code extension or Studio plugin when its release is available. Downloads remain available through the end of an active paid period, including when renewal is cancelled. Expired, unpaid, or inactive subscriptions cannot download Rivio.
One person per account
Do not share your account, password, activation codes, device credentials, or license with another person. Each person using Rivio needs their own account and license, including teammates and contractors.
You can collaborate on project files and exported work. Sharing an output does not grant someone else permission to use your Rivio account.
Review your connected devices
- Sign in and open Account.
- Review the approved devices and their last-used information.
- Revoke a device you no longer use or do not recognize.
- If you suspect account access by someone else, use Set a new password on Account and contact support. If you cannot sign in, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email link back to Account to set a new password.
Manage renewal or cancellation
Open Account and choose Manage billing to access your billing portal. Review your billing interval, renewal date, payment method, and invoices there.
Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; your account shows the applicable date. If the portal is unavailable, contact support before renewal.
Refund requests and statutory cancellation rights are covered in the Terms of Service. A price change must be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
After your subscription ends
Keep copies of your project and source files. Cancellation does not transfer ownership of your work to Rivio or delete files stored on your computer.
When access expires or Rivio detects it has ended, the extension clears its saved sign-in and returns to the sign-in screen. Renew access and sign in again to continue. You can still sign into the website to manage billing. Previously exported standalone content can still be used subject to Roblox and any third-party asset licenses.
